Joey Lam

Elder

Joey was born and raised in Hong Kong, went to high school in San Francisco, and has been in northern California ever since. Joey attended U.C. Santa Cruz and graduated with a B.S. in Computer Engineering and currently works as a Product Operations Manager. Joey grew up going to church with his family, but really began to understand the gospel and accepted Christ during his high school years.

Joey is the 4th member of Garden City Church. He currently leads a Life Group in Sunnyvale. Joey loves being a part of this family where he can be known and loved. Outside of work and church, he is a huge bay area sports fan (Warriors, Giants, Quakes, and the 49ers). You can find Joey playing and watching sports in his free time. Joey also enjoys spending time and finding new places to eat with his little sister.
